If you have not read the terms and conditions before booking Umrah travel services from us, you will be deemed to have agreed to the agreement. If you aren’t agreed to our agreement, you may leave our website. In content of terms and conditions the pronouns of “we”, “us”, or “our” will referred to the company FLY COMFORT TRAVEL INC t/a Islamic Tour Canada, ARC Number: 49676163 located at SUITE 209 7011 CALAMO STREET SPRINGFIELD, VA 22150. While the references like “you”, “your”, or “yours” will referred to the customer or customer’s company. 

Please make time in reading the complete agreement and ensure that you are updated with the new terms and conditions in the agreement. Terms for using services of Islamic Tour Canada

Islamic Tour Canada is not affiliated to any of the government officials and agencies, embassies either in the United States of Canada or somewhere else. Islamic Tour Canada is not taking responsibility for the approval of documents such as Umrah/Tourist VISAs/some other. Islamic Tour Canada is organizing the services from the third-parties such as airlines, hotels, buses, or other travel services included in the Canadian Umrah Packages. Indeed we are working as intermediary between the travel suppliers and pilgrims travelling from Canada for Umrah or Hajj. 

Marketing content at Islamictour.ca about the destinations, hotels, transport, Ziarats, airfares, travel agency locations, flight schedules, Visa requirements, hotel amenities, and more are provided for the ease and convenience of the customers. Islamic Tour Canada is not taking the responsibility about the 100% accuracy of these information. Each portion of the Canada Umrah Packages are provided with the collaboration of the service providers. Services providers are running their organizations according to their terms and conditions. Some of those terms and conditions may restrict or negate their responsibility to you. We recommend our customers to check and examine the terms and conditions of the suppliers whose services are included in your Umrah Packages by Islamic Tour Canada. 

Islamic Tour Canada disclaims any liability for the information which is represented or provided by the third parties including the service providers. We advise you to check the updated terms and conditions of travel suppliers from their website linked at our website. Islamic Tour Canada can change or modify the information about the prices of Umrah Packages, hotels, flights, visas, transport, amenities, and any other information on the website without any prior notification. All the travel services such as flights, hotel, transport, breakfast, amenities, and more are subjected to availability. We can provide the alternative services if the website displayed services aren’t available at the time of reservation. All documentation provided to the travelers are non-transferable. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, visas, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, or any other document used to validate an arrangement with a service provider. We are not responsible for the services which are not delivered on the contracted time. You can consult the relevant supplier regarding those services. 

Unless you are agreeing to the written agreement by Islamic Tour Canada, you are acquiring the necessary passports, visa, and health information. 

Travelers with Special Assistance

In case of any malfunctioning regarding the special services, customers should inform the Islamic Tour Canada in the written form. Islamic Tour Canada will try to provide the requirements and services of the disabled/handicapped custo.mers nevertheless no liability. You should assume that it’s not our liability if the services can’t be made or denied by the service providers. We regret because we are unable to provide the individual services such as walking, dining, boarding and alighting from buses and other vehicles, or any other personal need. For those traveler who need a competent and physically capable companion for the assistance, it is a complete liability of the customer. In case of unavailability of such companion, the initial deposit will be non-refundable. Islamic Tour Canada is not liable for providing the any partner or companion of the travelling. 

Liability

Islamic Tour disclaims any liability of any traveler(s) who missed any of the segment in the tour. Traveler(s) can pay the additional cost for the additional services to rejoin his/her trip. We cannot change any services or any segment of any service after the departure. Price of the package will be non-refundable after the services are used.

Liabilities regarding Documents Returning

Islamic Tour Canada will use the FedEx for return of your documents unless you provide your preferred courier services with the pre-paid and complete label. We are not responsible for any of the loss, damage, or delays on returning the documents through the DHL, FedEx, UPS, or any of other courier services. 

Liabilities regarding customer involved trips

Customer must note that their involvement in the packages can disturb our control or create risk but not limited to: risks of travelling in undeveloped areas; transport by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other motilities, natural forces, political instability; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accidents or illnesses in far-away areas lacking quick evacuation or medical services.

Liabilities regarding additional care services

We at Islamic Tour Canada are not liable for the provisions of medical care or any other type of care to the travelers. If we have committed to participate in some of the services, we will try to lead all the procedures in an effective manner. However, you will provide the additional charges for the provision of additional medical care or supply of Medical care as well as other care amenities provided during the trip.
